Shipping & Delivery

Stellar Works is currently offering free shipping to the continental US through December 31. 

Shipping methods for your purchases are determined by types of items ordered. Smaller items tend to ship FedEx, while larger furniture ships White Gloves Threshold delivery.
 
We ship to addresses within the continental United States. Orders placed through our website do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico or internationally. Please contact us directly at shop@stellarworks.com to inquire about shipping outside the continental United States as we can ship to a domestic freight forwarder of your choosing for delivery overseas.
If you choose to use a domestic freight forwarder, please note that should you change your mind about the order or the order arrives incorrectly or damaged, you will assume the responsibility and cost to return the item back to the US. Once we receive it back at our distribution center in the US, we will be happy to advise on the return or replacement process (depending on what is applicable to the circumstances).

We cannot ship to hotels, P.O. boxes or APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office) or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations. Shipping Methods

FedEx: Smaller parcels ship via FedEx, delivered Monday–Saturday. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days from shipment date.
Threshold: Furniture and larger parcels will be delivered over your threshold. Multi-unit building addresses will be left inside building entrance, instead of your door. Typical delivery is 1–3 weeks from shipment date (within the contiguous US). 4-hour delivery window. Excludes unpacking, assembly, and removal of packing materials.
